我国精神科护理研究CiteSpace可视化文献分析

Visual analysis of articles on Chinese psychiatric nursing research based on CiteSpace

目的了解国内精神科护理研究现状和趋势,为后续研究提供参考。方法以中国知网数据库为数据来源,检索2009-2021年收录的精神科护理文献,运用EndNote软件和CiteSpace软件对相关文献的作者、研究机构、关键词进行计量和可视化分析。结果检索出符合要求的文献11061篇,文献呈现波动变化趋势,2011-2013年和2016-2018年精神科护理论文年发文量均超过900篇;不同机构之间合作不紧密,核心作者群尚未充分建立;分析得出124个高频共现关键词,10个聚类,其中抑郁症护理和干预研究为热点领域,其他热点包括精神病、心理护理、生活质量等。结论精神科护理科研持续发展,机构和作者合作群的建立有待于进一步加强。未来情感类精神疾病、老年精神护理及精神科患者康复等相关内容成为热点和研究前沿。

Objective To understand the status and trends of psychiatric nursing research in mainland,China,so as to provide a re-ference for future relevant research.Methods CNKI was taken as data source,Chinese psychiatric nursing articles published from 2009 to 2021 were retrieved,then bibliometric analysis and visual analysis were conducted based on the authors,research institutes and keywords by using the Endnote and CiteSpace software.Results A total of 11061 articles were retrieved and included,which appeared a trend of fluctuation change.From 2011 to 2013 and from 2016 to 2018,the number of publications on psychiatric nur-sing was over 900 each year,cooperation between different institutions was not close,and the core group of writers has not been fully established.A total of 124 high frequency keywords were obtained,composed 10 categories,of which the nursing and intervention for depressed patients was a hot field,other hot issues included emotional mental diseases,mental health nursing,quality of life,etc.Conclusion Psychiatric nursing research develops continuously,cooperation among institutions and authors need to be strengthened.In the future,emotional mental diseases,geriatric mental health nursing and psychiatric rehabilitation will be research hotspot.
