妇科肿瘤患者对护士人文关怀行为感知现状与分析

Current situation and analysis of gynecological tumor patients perception of nurses humanistic care behavior

目的通过护患双方对护士关怀行为的评价,了解护士所提供的关怀与患者感受到关怀的匹配情况,为有效提高妇科护士人文关怀能力提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、基于患者视野的护理关怀行为需求调查问卷对187例妇科肿瘤住院患者及其责任护士进行问卷调查,了解护患双方对护理关怀行为的感知情况,并分析不同资料患者间护患关怀行为感知匹配度的差异。结果共调查162例患者,患者对护理关怀行为的感知率(76.54%)低于护士关怀行为执行率(96.29%);在心理与社会支持方面的关怀行为,患者的感知率(62.35%)及护士执行率(76.54%)均为一级指标中最低;护患双方在参与决策的关怀行为匹配度最低(70.27%)。单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、文化程度、病程、宗教信仰、婚姻状况、子女及家庭经济情况的妇科肿瘤患者间,对关怀行为的感知匹配度不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤患者对护理关怀行为的感知度较低,尤其是年龄较小、未婚、经济情况差的患者。护理人员在心理与社会支持方面的关怀行为还需进一步改善。

Objective Through the assessment of nurses caring behavior by both patients and fellow nurses,a comprehensive understanding of the alignment between nursing care provided and perceived by patients is achieved,serving as a foundation for enhancing the humanistic care competence of gynecological nurses effectively.Methods Nursing Care Behavioral Needs Questionnaire Based on Patient s Visual Field wereutilized to investigate 187 cases of inpatient gynecological tumor care,with a focus on understanding the perceptions of nursing care behavior among both patients and nurses,as well as analyzing differences in matching degrees of nursing care behavior perception between patients with varying demographic data.Results A total of 162 patients were surveyed,revealing that the perceived rate of nursing care behavior among patients(76.54%)was lower than that reported by nurses(96.29%).Among the first level indicators,both the perceived rate of caring behavior in psychological and social support among patients(62.35%)and the implementation rate reported by nurses(76.54%)were found to be relatively low.The matching degree between nurses and patients in decision-making was also notably low at 70.27%.Univariate analysis showed that gynecological cancer patients with different ages,educational levels,course of the disease,religious beliefs,marital status,children,and family economic status had different matching degrees of caring behavior perception,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The degree of perception regarding nursing care behavior among gynecological cancer patients is notably low,particularly among younger,unmarried,and economically disadvantaged individuals.There is a need for further improvement in the provision of psychological and social support by nursing staff.
