康复新液对大鼠萎缩性胃炎合并糜烂的治疗作用

Therapeutic efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid in treating rats with atrophic gastritis and erosion

目的探讨康复新液对大鼠萎缩性胃炎合并糜烂的治疗作用。方法100只SD大鼠中随机选取20只为空白对照组;余80只建立萎缩性胃炎合并糜烂大鼠模型,并随机分为模型对照组和治疗A、B、C组,每组20只。治疗A、B、C组给予不同浓度康复新液灌胃,空白对照组给予与模型对照组等体积的蒸馏水,连续8周。每3周大鼠称重1次。测量大鼠胃黏膜萎缩指数(UI)、胃液pH值、血清胃蛋白酶原-Ⅱ(PGⅠ、PGⅡ)、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平。结果灌胃后,治疗A、B、C组大鼠体质量大于模型对照组,第15周差异最大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);各治疗组UI值均低于模型对照组、胃液pH值均高于模型对照组;且治疗3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),均为治疗A组UI值最低、胃液pH值最高。各治疗组的血清各指标与模型对照组比较,及治疗3组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液可有效改善萎缩性胃炎合并糜烂大鼠的胃部糜烂组织,降低血清肿瘤坏死因子水平,改善胃肠激素分泌,提高消化能力。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid in treating rats with atrophic gastritis and erosion.Methods Amongst the cohort of 100 SD rats,a random selection process identified a blank control group comprising of twenty rats.The remaining eighty subjects presented with atrophic gastritis in combination with erosion;these animals were subsequently allocated to either the model control or one of three treatment groups(A,B,C),each containing twenty rats.Treatment groups A,B,and C received intragastric administration of Kangfuxin liquid at varying concentrations,while the blank control group and model control group were given an equal volume of distilled water for 8 consecutive weeks.The rats were weighed every three weeks,and measurements were taken for gastric mucosal atrophy index(UI),gastric juice pH,serum pepsinogenⅡ(PGI,PGⅡ),motilin(MTL),gastritis(GAS)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)levels.Results After intragastric administration,treatment groups A,B,and C demonstrated a statistically significant increase in body weight compared to the model control group,and the most notable difference was observed at week 15(P<0.05).The UI value of all treatment groups was significantly lower than that of the model control group,while the pH value of gastric juice was significantly higher(P<0.05).Among the three treatment groups,treatment group A had the lowest UI value and highest pH value.The serum indexes of each treatment group were compared with those of the model control group and within the three treatment groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Kangfuxin liquid effectively ameliorates gastric erosion tissue reduces serum tumor necrosis factor levels,enhances gastrointestinal hormone secretion,and improves digestive ability in rats with atrophic gastritis complicated by erosion.
