2019~2021年花溪区H5、H7亚型禽流感免疫抗体监测情况及分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了解2019~2021年花溪区的禽流感免疫效果,对其管辖的部分涉农乡镇(街道)随机采集120~400日龄的鸡群血清样品4 391份,采用血凝抑制试验对禽流感H5和H7亚型进行免疫抗体检测,根据高致病性禽流感诊断技术中抗体效价标准进行判定,HI抗体效价≥4log2,判定个体免疫效力合格;群体免疫抗体合格率≥70%,判为群体抗体合格率达标。检测结果显示,花溪区(H5+H7亚型)禽流感免疫抗体合格率2019、2020、2021年依次为91.03%、91.78%、96.19%,呈现逐年上升趋势;H7亚型抗体合格率高于H5亚型,规模化鸡场抗体合格率高于大户和散养户。综上所述,禽流感免疫抗体合格率均高出国家标准,说明全区免疫工作较扎实有效;监测禽流感免疫抗体为花溪区科学预防H5、H7亚型禽流感的流行提供数据支撑,推动花溪区的家禽业健康持续发展。 To understand the immunization effect of avian influenza in Huaxi district,during 2019 to 2021,4391 serum samples were randomly collected from scale field(free-range farm)in some agriculture-related townships(streets)in Huaxi District,and antibodies against H5 and H7 subtypes of avian influenza were detected by hemagglutination inhibition test,according to the antibody titers of diagnostic techniques for highly pathogenic avian influenza,the HI antibody titers were≥4log2,which indicated that the individual's immune efficacy was qualified.The qualified rate of group antibody was≥70%,which was judged as the qualified rate of group antibody.The results showed that during 2019 to 2021,the total antibody levels of highly pathogenic avian influenza were 91.03%,91.78%,96.19%,indicating that the qualified rate of avian influenza antibody in Huaxi district showed an increasing trend year by year.The antibody level of H7 subtype was higher than H5 subtype.The level of immune antibody in scale farm was higher than that in large and free-range farm.In conclusion,the qualified rate of immune antibody for avian influenza is higher than the national standard,indicating that the prevention and control of avian influenza in Huaxi District was relatively solid.Monitoring of AIV antibody provides data support for scientific prevention of H5 and H7 subtype avian influenza in Huaxi District,and promotes the healthy and sustainable development of poultry industry in Huaxi District.
