鸡胚模型在研究中的应用

Applied Research on Chicken Embryo Model

鸡胚模型是研究早期胚胎发育、毒理学、药理学以及免疫学的常用模型。与传统动物模型比较,鸡胚在母体外发育易于操作、成本低,可以同时获得大量实验所需样本。此外,鸡胚在孵育过程中随孵育时间发生的组织形态变化及血管分布情况可用照明灯直接观察。本文对鸡胚模型的主要应用现状进行了总结阐述,旨在为拓展该实验模型的应用提供有益的参考。

Chicken embryos are used as a model system for study of embryonic development,toxicology,pharmacology and immunology.Comparing with mammalian animals,chicken embryos have several important advantages:embryo maturation ex utero until hatching,simplicity of direct manipulation,low-cost,and abundant supply.Moreover,the developmental morphological change and angiogenesis can be easily observed.This review summarized the current application of the chick embryo model,and provided the beneficial reference for the future application.
