运动场地温调控对高温胁迫下草坪养分动态的影响 被引量:1

Effects of ground temperature regulation on dynamic changes in turf nutrients under high-temperature stress conditions

摘要 为研究地温调控对高温胁迫下草坪养分动态变化的影响,本研究以匍匐翦股颖(Agrostis stolonifera)为试验材料,以正常生长环境为对照,地下20 cm处控温27、24、21℃为处理,研究地温调控对草坪草养分吸收、草坪土壤养分动态以及土壤微生物和酶活性的影响。结果表明:降温促进了匍匐翦股颖生长,并增加了草坪草生物量,草坪草氮素和磷素吸收量显著增加,并且在21℃处理时效果最好,地上、地下生物量分别比对照增加了44.3%和220.7%,地下部的氮素、磷素吸收量分别增加了147.9%和179.3%。土壤中矿质氮含量降低,在24℃处理下10-20 cm土层最高降低了48.5%。土壤速效磷含量增加,在21℃处理下0-10 cm土层最高,增加了82.5%。土壤微生物量碳含量随着降温幅度的增加,呈现先上升后下降的趋势,而10-20 cm土层的微生物量氮含量则呈现上升的趋势,土壤碳、氮、磷循环相关酶活性普遍受到降温处理影响。综上,夏季地温调控促进了匍匐翦股颖生长以及草坪草对土壤养分的吸收,影响了土壤碳、氮、磷循环相关酶活性,改变相应养分的有效性。此外,建议夏季运动场降温后适量补充氮肥。 To study the effects of ground temperature regulation on the dynamic changes in lawn nutrients under high-temperature stress conditions,we used bentgrass and the natural environment as the test material and control,respectively.The soil temperature was controlled at 27,24,and 21℃at 20 cm underground as treatments to study their effects on turfgrass nutrient absorption,turf soil nutrient dynamic changes,and soil microbial and enzyme activities.The results indicated that cooling promoted the growth of bentgrass and increased the lawn biomass.Nitrogen and phosphorus uptake by turfgrass significantly increased,and the increasing effect was strongest at 21℃,with the aboveground and underground biomass being increased by 44.3%and 220.7%,respectively,compared with that in the control.Nitrogen and phosphorus uptake in the underground part increased by 147.9%and 179.3%,respectively.The content of mineral nitrogen in soil decreased,and the highest decrease in the 10-20 cm soil layer was 48.45%at 24℃.The content of available P in soil increased,and the highest increase was 82.5%in the 0-10 cm soil layer at 21℃.The soil microbial biomass carbon content increased first and then decreased with an increase in the cooling range,whereas the soil microbial biomass nitrogen content decreased first and then increased in the 10-20 cm soil layer.The activities of enzymes related to soil C,N,and P cycles were generally affected by cooling treatment.In conclusion,soil temperature regulation in summer promotes the growth of bentgrass and uptake of nutrients in the soil by turfgrass,affects the activities of enzymes related to soil C,N,and P cycles,and changes the availability of corresponding nutrients.In addition,it is suggested to serve as a supplement to nitrogen fertilizer after cooling in summer.
