摘要
利用原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP),将二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵中的季铵基团接枝到纳米木聚糖大分子引发剂表面,得到改性纳米木聚糖生物抗菌剂.以密粘褶菌作为木腐菌,开展木材防腐抗菌试验,探究不同质量分数改性纳米木聚糖生物抗菌剂对密粘褶菌的抑制作用.通过测定木材失重率得到不同质量分数改性纳米木聚糖生物抗菌剂的耐腐等级;观察被密粘褶菌侵蚀的木材内部菌丝生长状态,探究改性纳米木聚糖生物抗菌剂的抑菌效果.结果显示:改性纳米木聚糖生物抗菌剂的抗菌效果优于纳米木聚糖.
The quaternary ammonium group in dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride was grafted onto the surface of the nano-xylan macromolecule initiator by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)to obtain the modified nano-xylan antibacterial agent.Wood antiseptic and antibacterial tests were carried out to study the inhibitory effect of modified nano-xylan biological antibacterial agents with different mass fractions on Gloeophyllum trabeum.By measuring the average weight loss rate of wood after the experiment,the corrosion resistance grade of modified nano-xylan biological antibacterial agent with different mass fractions was obtained.To observe the growth state of mycelia in wood eroded by Gloeophyllum trabeum,and explore the inhibitory effect of modified nano-xylan biological antibacterial agent.The Results showed that the antibacterial effect of modified nano-xylans was better than that of nano-xylans.
