随着DRG支付方式改革的持续推进,儿童医院政策实施环境的特殊性给其成本管理带来一定的挑战。由于DRG配套政策、疾病分组适配等因素,儿童医院在DRG支付方式改革中承担着更多的政策风险。通过A市政策实施情况总结DRG推行对儿童医院的影响,提出对策建议:儿童医院除了与医保部门积极商榷推进政策改进外,还能通过个性化与科学性兼备的成本管理、有针对性的信息工具辅佐、相对宽松的绩效激励来适应现行DRG支付方式改革。

As DRG payment reform continues to advance,the unique nature of the policy implementation environment for children's hospitals presents certain challenges to their cost management.Children's hospitals take more policy risks in DRG payment reform due to DRG supporting policies,disease grouping adaptation and other factors.The impact of DRG implementation on children's hospitals is summarized through the implementation of the policy in City A.Countermeasures are suggested:in addition to actively discussing with health insurance departments to promote policy improvements,children's hospitals can adapt to the current DRG payment reform through both personalized and scientific cost management,targeted information tools to complement it,and relatively lenient performance incentives.
