互联网+人工智能专家系统在麻醉科临床带教中的应用效果分析

Application Performance Analysis of Internet+Artificial Intelligence Expert System in Clinical Teaching of Anesthesiology Department

目的 探讨互联网+人工智能专家系统在麻醉科临床带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年2月—2020年2月在麻醉科轮转的42名实习医生设为对照组,对其实施传统临床带教模式;选取2020年3月—2021年3月在麻醉科轮转的44名实习医生设为研究组,对其实施互联网+人工智能专家系统教学模式。结果 带教后研究组实习医生的理论和操作得分均高于对照组(t=4.381、6.215,P<0.001)。带教前两组实习医生自主学习能力、问题分析能力、思维能力、团队协作意识、创新能力和临床应变能力的评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教后两组实习医生各项综合能力评分均提高,且研究组实习医生各项综合能力评分及对教学的满意度均更高(P<0.05)。结论 在麻醉科临床带教中,应用互联网+人工智能专家系统可以提升实习医生的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、综合能力和教学满意度。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of the Internet+artificial intelligence expert system in clinical teaching in anesthesiology department.Methods A total of 42 intern doctors rotating in the anesthesiology department from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the control group,the traditional clinical teaching model was implemented for them;44 intern doctors rotating in the anesthesiology department from March 2020 to March2021 were selected as the study group and they were trained by the teaching mode of the Internet+artificial intelligence expert system.Results The scores of theory and operation in the research group were higher than those in the control group(t=4.381,6.215,P0.001).There were no significant differences in autonomous learning ability,problem analysis ability,thinking ability,sense of teamwork,innovation ability and clinical strain capacity between these two groups before teaching(P0.05).After teaching,the above comprehensive abilities were improved in these two groups,and the scores and teaching satisfactions of the study group were higher(P0.05).Conclusion In clinical teaching of anesthesiology department,the application of Internet+artificial intelligence expert system can improve the theoretical assessment performance,operational assessment performance,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of interns.
