摘要
目的 探讨CDIO教学模式在医院感染控制能力培训中的应用,提升医院感染控制能力水平。方法 选取培训学员,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组依照传统培训方式,观察组采用CDIO教学模式,包括项目构思、项目设计、项目实施、项目运作等,进一步制订医院感染控制临床技能培训CDIO教学方案,并比较两组理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、对培训的满意度等。结果 相关性分析显示,使用CDIO教学模式的培训学员的操作成绩显著高于使用普通教学模式的学员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。使用CDIO教学模式可显著提升学员对培训的评价,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经培训,学员理论知识掌握、技能、实践能力明显提高。结论 使用CDIO教学模式能使培训学员更快、更好地掌握医院感染控制的知识和技能,全面提升个人综合护理能力,为今后医院感染控制能力培训模式的探索提供了思路。
Objective Exploring the application of CDIO teaching model in hospital infection control competence training to improve the level of hospital infection control competence.Methods The training participants were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group followed the traditional training method,while the observation group adopted the CDIO teaching model including project conception,project design,project implementation,and project operation,etc.The CDIO teaching program for hospital infection control clinical skills training was further developed,and the theoretical assessment scores,operational assessment scores,and satisfaction with the training were compared between these two groups.Results Correlation analysis showed that the operational performance of training trainees using CDIO teaching mode was significantly higher than those using ordinary teaching mode(P0.001),and the use of CDIO teaching mode could significantly improve trainees' evaluation of training(P0.05),and after training,trainees' theoretical knowledge acquisition,skills,and practical abilities were significantly improved.Conclusion The clinical skills training of hospital infection control using CDIO teaching model can enable the training participants to master the knowledge and skills of infection control faster and better,and improve the comprehensive care ability of individuals comprehensively,which provides an idea for the exploration of the training model of hospital infection control ability in the future.
