摘要
传统单向的后勤管理思维和体系已不能适应多院区发展的需要。提出医院后勤管理系统思维概念,围绕人、财、物3大核心要素,构建多院区医院一体化后勤管理体系。通过重塑组织架构、确定归核化发展战略、建立一站式服务平台、建立高素质人才培养体系、重塑管理流程等措施,显著降低运营消耗成本,员工和患者双满意度有效提升,医院品牌形象进一步维护巩固。
Traditional single logistics management thinking and system can not adapt to the development of modern general hospital with several campus.It puts forward a thinking concept of logistics management,focusing on the core elements(human resource,financial resource,material resource)in order to construct an integrated system.By reshaping organization structure,defining a nucleation development strategy,establishing the one-stop service platform,building a highly qualified personnel training system and reshaping the management process,it significantly reduces operational consumption costs,effectively increases the satisfaction of both staff and patients,and further maintains and consolidates the brand image of the hospital.
