人口老龄化背景下医养结合发展实施路径

Implementation path of integrated development of medical care under the background of population aging

中国随着银发潮的到来,人口老龄化压力日益增大,传统家庭养老服务功能的逐渐弱化,养老问题成为重大的社会民生问题,国家针对日益严峻的养老问题并结合我国实际,提出了医养结合这一具有中国特色的养老服务概念,并自2013年起相继出台了一系列相关政策,但在实际推进中遇到了种种难题和瓶颈。该文根据我国医养结合养老服务模式发展过程中存在的问题以及对策研究进行探析,以期为在人口老龄化背景下建立符合我国实际的养老服务体系提供新思路。

With the arrival of the silver Wave in China,the pressure of aging population is increasing,the function of traditional family pension service is gradually weakened,and the pension problem has become a major social livelihood issue.In view of the increasingly severe pension problem,combining with the actual situation of our country,the state proposed the concept of"combination of medical care",which has Chinese characteristics of the pension service,and has issued a series of related policies since 2013.However,various problems and bottlenecks are encountered in the actual promotion.This paper analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures in the development process of the mode of old-age service in the combination of medical care and old-age service in our country,so as to provide new ideas for the establishment of the old-age service system suitable for the background of population aging.
