基于奶业主题词的国内外文献研究热点与趋势分析

Domestic and Foreign Literature Research Hotspot and Trend Analysis Based on Dairy Subject Words

奶类产品成为越来越多家庭的必需品,奶业对众多国家的经济发展和人民生活水平改善具有重要意义。本研究以2008-2022年CNKI和WOS数据库文献为样本,运用CiteSpace软件,从发文数量、作者、研究机构、关键词等方面进行多维度挖掘,梳理国内外奶业研究文献的热点和前沿动态。研究发现:①国内外奶业研究积累了丰富的成果,领域内发文整体呈波动趋势;②相比国外的奶业研究,国内不同作者之间的合作交流更加紧密,形成了一定的合作网络;③不同区域研究机构及国家之间合作密切,形成了学术研究共同体;④养殖模式、奶产业链和供应链、消费偏好等是该领域的研究热点。另外,在乳品市场需求和消费安全、产业链各主体利益分配、奶产品国际贸易竞争等方面,还有较大的研究空间。

Dairy products have become a necessity for more and more families.Dairy industry is of great significance to the economic development and the improvement of people's living standards in many countries.Taking CNKI and WOS database documents from 2008 to 2022 as samples,CiteSpace software is used to conduct multi-dimensional mining from the number of articles,authors,research institutions,keywords and other aspects,and sort out the hot spots and frontier trends of domestic and foreign milk industry research documents.The research findings are as follows:1)Rich achievements have been accumulated in the research of dairy industry at home and abroad,and the overall distribution of papers in the field shows a fluctuating trend.2)Compared with foreign research on dairy industry,the cooperation and exchange between different domestic authors are closer,and a certain cooperation network has been formed.3)Close cooperation between research institutions and countries in different regions has formed an academic research community.4)Breeding mode,milk industry chain and supply chain,consumption preference and so on are the research hotspots at home and abroad in this field.In addition,there is still a lot of research space in the aspects of dairy market demand and consumption security,
