Effects of PCSK9 on Vascular Endothelial Function

血脂异常是心血管疾病最重要的危险因素之一。前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)在胆固醇代谢中起着重要作用,是胆固醇稳态诱导的低密度脂蛋白受体降解的关键调节因子。降低胆固醇水平可能会改善冠状动脉内皮功能,其表达水平升高可能与心血管风险增加有关,抑制PCSK9的抗体可能会降低冠状动脉疾病患者的心血管事件发生率。现就PCSK9对血管内皮功能影响的研究进展做一综述。

Dyslipidemia is one of the most important risk factors for cardiovascular disease.The proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9)plays an important role in cholesterol metabolism and is a key regulator of low-density lipoprotein receptor degradation induced by cholesterol homeostasis.Lowering cholesterol levels may improve coronary artery endothelial function,elevated levels of its expression may be associated with increased cardiovascular risk,and antibodies that inhibit it may reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary artery disease.This article reviews the research progress on the effects of PCSK9 on vascular endothelial function.
