摘要 推动新一代信息技术与汽车制造过程的深度融合,赋能汽车制造业的高质量发展成为我国汽车制造业未来发展的关键路径,也是数字中国建设的重要环节。面对国内汽车生产环节数字化转型中的现存问题,本文以一汽红旗工厂的数据管控平台和智能网联电气设备智能检测系统作为典型案例,介绍了新一代信息技术助力汽车制造过程数字化转型的成功经验,分析了以人工智能、大数据等为代表的新一代信息技术带来的转型机遇,以及对汽车生产模式的影响与变革,为推进我国汽车制造业信息化建设与数字化转型提供参考。 Promoting the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and automobile manufacturing process as well as enabling the high-quality development of automobile manufacturing industry have become not only a key path for the future development of China's automobile manufacturing industry,but also are an important part in the construction of digital China.In the face of existing problems in the digital transformation of automobile production,taking the data management and control platform of FAW Hongqi Factory and intelligent detection system of intelligent connected electrical equipment as typical examples,this paper introduces the successful experience of the new generation of information technology in helping the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing process,analyzes on the transformation opportunities brought by the new generation of information technology represented by artificial intelligence,big data,etc.,as well as the impact and change on the automobile production mode,which provides a reference for promoting the informatization construction and digital transformation of China's automobile manufacturing industry.
