摘要
为测试国家食用菌产业体系黑木耳品种改良岗位提供的3株黑木耳菌株在西藏地区的栽培适应性,在林芝米林县开展了栽培试验,测定其菌丝生长速率和产量并观察其农艺性状。结果表明:吉黑5号菌丝生长快、长势强,2年产量都较高,比较适应当地气候条件,是值得在当地推广的优良黑木耳菌株。试验表明,改良PDA培养基有利于黑木耳菌株快速萌发,菌丝快速生长,可用于母种复壮。
In order to test the cultivation adaptability of three strains of Auricularia auricular provided by the national edible fungus industry system and improve Auricularia auricular varieties in Tibet region,we conducted a cultivation experiment in Millin County,Nyingchi,measured the growth rate and mycelia yield,and observed their agronomic traits.The results showed that the mycelia growth of“Jihei N0.5”was fast and strong,and had high yield in two years,which was more suitable for the local climate conditions and was an excellent black fungus strain with popularization value in local.The results showed that the improved PDA medium was conducive to the rapid germination of Auricularia auricular and the rapid growth of mycelia,which could be used for the rejuvenation of the mother species.
