摘要 探索一种新的储罐外防腐层维修工艺,替代国内目前人工吊篮作业或搭脚手架人工施工作业的施工工艺,解决人工施工防腐层涂敷质量不稳定,人工高空作业安全风险大等问题,降低对喷漆工带来职业健康危害。通过对防腐工艺及装备的研究,经过专家论证、查验标准和现场试验,表明可采用高压水射流作业进行储罐表面外防腐层除锈,并且使用多功能爬壁机器人完成对罐体外防腐层的涂敷施工。 The exploration of a new technology for the maintenance of the external anti-corrosion coating of the tank was described,which could replace the current domestic construction technology of manual hanging basket operation or manual construction of scaffolding,solve the problems of unstable coating quality of manual construction of the anti-corrosion coating,high safety risk of artificial aerial work,and reduce the occupational health hazards to the sprayers.Through the research of anti-corrosion technology and equipment,expert demonstration,inspection standards and field tests,it is shown that the high-pressure water jet operation can be used to remove rust from the external anti-corrosion coating of the tank surface,and the multi-functional wall-climbing robot can be used to finish the coating construction of the external anti-corrosion coating of the tank body.
