摘要 目前,国家电网有限公司在食堂管理方面仍采用传统就餐方式,不能满足疫情时期错峰就餐的需求,存在食物过度供给造成浪费,外来就餐人员审批手续繁琐、效率低等问题。为解决传统食堂存在的弊端,提高员工就餐体验,国家电网创新性地将物联网技术应用到食堂,开发了智慧食堂小程序,开创特色定制、晚餐预订等功能板块,并设置积分商城激发员工使用小程序的积极性,与人脸识别、监控系统、大屏幕看板等硬件设施相结合,有效地规避了传统食堂人流量大、排队时间长、就餐混乱等问题,提前预订菜品功能使食堂更精准地预测需要菜品的数量,避免食物浪费,简化外来人员就餐审批手续,给员工提供一个舒适安全的就餐体验。通过对智慧食堂的管理系统进行分析,提出了智慧食堂管理模式的相关建议:第一,智慧食堂要建立应急就餐方案;第二,提高食堂员工质量意识;第三,不断对智慧食堂进行优化。 At present,State Grid Corporation of China still adopts traditional dining methods in canteen management,which cannot meet the demand of off-peak dining during the epidemic period,and there are problems such as waste caused by excessive food supply,and cumbersome approval procedures and low efficiency for outside dining personnel.In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional canteens and improve employees'dining experience,State Grid Corporation of China innovatively applies Internet of Things technology to canteens,develops the smart canteen applet,creates functional sections such as special customization and dinner reservation,sets up the points mall to arouse the enthusiasm of employees in using the applet,and combines with face recognition,monitoring systems,big-screen signage and other hardware facilities,effectively avoiding the problems of large flow of people,long queuing time and disordered dining in traditional canteens.The function of booking dishes in advance enables canteens to more accurately predict the number of dishes needed,avoid food waste,simplify the approval procedures for external personnel to eat,and provide a comfortable and safe dining experience for employees.Through the analysis of the management system of smart canteens,the relevant suggestions of the management mode of smart canteens are put forward.First,smart canteens should establish an emergency dining plan.Second,the quality awareness of canteen staff should be improved.Third,smart canteens should be constantly optimized.
