基于“双碳”目标的变电站低压直流电源系统的研究

摘要 基于“双碳”(碳达峰、碳中和)目标,践行绿色发展理念,借助智能技术、自动化技术、自动化控制及大数据技术,可有效地降低低压直流电源的能耗,减轻检修人员工作负担和运维成本,有效提高生产人员工作效率和设备运行可靠性,延长设备使用寿命。该文提出了一种新型的变电站低压直流电源系统,该系统可充分利用变电站现有的电池组,探寻分布式储能在变电站应用的可行性。通过该系统的应用,还能推进变电站直流电源系统改革和建设,积极应对未来气候变化带来的挑战,通过覆盖生产运营各方面的环境体系,提升环境绩效,减少温室气体排放。 Based on the requirements of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,we practice the concept of green development,use the means of intelligent technology,automatic technology,automatic control and big data technology to effectively reduce the energy consumption of low-voltage DC power supply,reduce the workload of maintenance personnel and operation and maintenance costs,effectively improve the work efficiency of production personnel and the reliability of equipment operation and extend the service life of equipment.This paper proposes a new type of substation low-voltage DC power system,which can make full use of the existing battery bank in the substation and explore the feasibility of distributed energy storage in substation applications.Through the application of this system,it can also promote the reform and construction of substation DC power supply system,actively respond to the challenges brought by climate change in the future,and improve environmental performance and reduce greenhouse gas emissions through the environmental system covering all aspects of production and operation.
