后工业化时代超大城市产业空间开发利用效益测度研究——以上海为例

Research on the Benefit Measurement of the Development and Utilization of Industrial Space in Megacities in the Post-Industrialization Era——A Case of Shanghai

该研究立足于后工业化时代上海产业空间高质量发展背景,通过对产业空间开发利用效益内涵界定,提出构建人本尺度的效益测度框架,并从产业空间人口承载能力、经济效益维度和空间品质度量这3个方面构建产业空间开发利用效益测度综合指标体系。并充分运用多源数据成果,采用空间分析的方法,从单因子和综合因子两个维度对上海市产业空间开发利用效益进行测度,并结合上海市产业布局对综合效益格局进行了空间评价。以期为上海市产业用地转型和空间挖潜研究提供技术和理论支撑,对推动超大城市的空间治理和高质量发展具有重要意义。

Based on the background of the high-quality development of industrial space in Shanghai in the postindustrialization era,by the definition of the connotation of the benefit of the development and utilization of industrial space,this study proposes to construct the humanistic-scale benefit measurement framework,constructs the comprehensive index system for the benefit measurement of the development and utilization of industrial space from three aspects of the"population carrying capacity,economic benefit dimension and spatial quality measurement"of industrial space,makes full use of the results of multi-source data,uses the method of spatial analysis to measure the benefit of the development and utilization of industrial space in Shanghai from the two dimensions of single factors and comprehensive factors,and conducts the spacial evaluation of the comprehensive benefit pattern in combination with the industrial layout in Shanghai,in order to provide technical and theoretical support for the research on the transformation and spatial potential exploitation of industrial land in Shanghai,which is of great significance to promote the spatial governance and high-quality development of megacities.
