基于单片机与PLC联合控制实验平台的设计

摘要 为提高学生对单片机技术和PLC技术应用能力的培养效果,单片机与PLC联合控制实验平台被引入课程教学过程进行教学实践研究。文章通过将该系统融入实际工程项目,学生能更加直观地感受到单片机技术和PLC技术之间存在紧密联系,实现二者之间的有效融合以及相互促进作用,同时让学生在完成相关任务后,进一步巩固所学的知识内容,并且提升其综合素质水平。此外,教师也可利用网络资源共享等方式,帮助学生拓展自身的视野范围,促使其全面提高自身的专业知识储备量及技能操作能力,促进其未来工作岗位适应性发展。 In order to improve the training effect of students’application ability of single chip microcomputer technology and PLC technology,the experimental platform of single chip microcomputer and PLC joint control is introduced in the course of teaching.In this paper,by integrating the system into the actual engineering project,students can more intuitively feel the close relationship between single chip microcomputer technology and PLC technology,so as to realize the effective integration and mutual promotion between the two.At the same time,students can further consolidate the knowledge content they have learned and improve their comprehensive quality level after completing the relevant tasks.In addition,teachers can also use network resource sharing and other methods to help students expand their scope of vision,prompt them to comprehensively improve their professional knowledge reserves and skills operation ability,and then promote their future job adaptability development.
