引入比重计的燃气热值仪设计

摘要 燃气是工业生产中的重要能源,最大化地使用燃气是节能降耗的首要目标。使用燃气热值仪指导现场空燃比既能降低污染排放,又能提高生产效率。已有燃气热值仪大多数是定空燃比燃烧,或者用氧化锆分析仪测量残氧含量做反馈,文章舍去残氧含量的测量,加入气体比重计进行实验预测和设计。文章通过气体比重计测得燃气与空气的比重,并结合现场燃气空气炉温进行数据处理后建模预测热值,设计使用PLC做控制基站且应用上位机进行监测。预测的热值可信度较高,可以指导空燃比,软件与硬件可以实验室模拟运行,且符合工艺的生产要求。 Gas is an important energy source in industrial production,and maximizing the use of gas is the primary goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.Using a gas calorific value meter to guide the onsite airfuel ratio can not only reduce pollution emissions,but also improve production efficiency.Most of the existing gas calorific value meters are constant airfuel ratio combustion,or use zirconia analyzers to measure residual oxygen content for feedback,this paper design to remove the measurement of residual oxygen content,and add gas hydrometers for experimental prediction and design.The specific gravity of gas and air is measured by gas hydrometer,and the calorific value is predicted by data processing combined with the onsite gas air furnace temperature,and the PLC is used as the control base station and the upper computer is used for monitoring.The predicted calorific value is highly reliable,can guide the airfuel ratio,and the software and hardware can be simulated in the laboratory and meet the production requirements of the process.
