摘要
2022年5月1日开始施行的新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》从法律高度将职业教育与普通教育列为具有同等重要地位的教育类型,职业教育迎来前所未有的发展机遇。但就现实境况而言,职校生多存在职业认知有偏差、职业情感不丰润、职业意志不坚定等问题。结合新形势、新要求,职业教育必须加强学生职业精神的培育,可从强化认知、多元参与、教育引导、实践养成等方面找准抓手和着力点,遵循职校生成才规律,开展职校生职业精神培育工作,助推职业教育高质量发展。
The newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China,which came into effect on May 1,2022,lists vocational education and general education as two types of equal importance education from a legal perspective,ushering in unprecedented development opportunities for vocational education.However,in terms of the current situation,there are multiple problems with vocational school students such as biased career cognition,insufficient professional affection,and weak professional willpower.In view of the new situation and requirements,vocational education must put focus on the cultivation of students’professionalism.The right starting point and focus can be found from such aspects as strengthening cognition,plural participation,educational guidance and practical training to carry out the cultivation of vocational school students’professionalism and promote the high-quality development of vocational education by following the talent-shaping law for vocational school students.
