高校关工委助力习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想“三进”的机制探析

Analysis on the Mechanism of Giving Xi Jinping’s Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era Access to Teaching Materials,Classrooms and Minds by the Working Committee for Caring the Next Generation

高校关心下一代工作委员会(以下简称“关工委”)推动习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想“进教材、进课堂、进学生头脑”(以下简称“三进”)具有十分重要的时代价值,有助于满足学生成长成才的迫切要求、实现高校立德树人的根本任务、促进高校关工委持续自我提升。并且,高校关工委具有政治素质过硬、群众基础广泛、育人经验丰富的独特优势。为持续深入推动“三进”工作,高校关工委须构建有效机制,即全面的保障机制、有效的协同机制、科学的考核机制、合理的激励机制及动态的优化机制。

The Working Committee for Caring the Next Generation(hereinafter referred to as“the Caring Working Committee”)in colleges and universities is making effort to give Xi Jinping’s Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era access to teaching materials,classrooms and minds(hereinafter referred to as“Three Access”),which has epochal value of great importance and helps to meet students’urgent need in growth and success,realize the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents in colleges and universities,and promote the continuous self-improvement of the Caring Working Committee.What’s more,it has unique advantages including excellent political quality,broad mass base and rich educational experience.The Caring Working Committee must build an effective mechanism,namely a comprehensive guarantee mechanism,an effective collaborative mechanism,a scientific assessment mechanism,a reasonable incentive mechanism,and a dynamic optimization mechanism,to continue to promote the work on“Three Access”.
