产教深度融合背景下我国职教联盟发展存在的问题和对策

Problems in the Development of China’s Vocational Education Alliances in the Context of Deep Industry-Education Integration and Related Countermeasures

在产教深度融合背景下,我国职教联盟在经历萌芽、成长和规范发展三个阶段后迎来重大发展机遇。当前,我国职教联盟存在政府层面顶层设计不够、联盟主体间合作深度不够、联盟主体多方协调机制不畅、联盟特色化发展程度不够等突出问题。为此,我国职教联盟在未来应当充分遵循当地政府的统筹安排并寻求支持,进一步加强联盟主体互动的频度和深度,全面创新联盟高效协同机制,全方位匹配地方产业发展特色和需求,以期形成职教联盟快速、有序发展的合力。

In the context of deep industry-education integration,vocational education alliances in China are facing substantial opportunities after going through the embryonic,growing,and normalized development stages.However,there are still some problems needing urgent attention,such as lack of top-level policy design,insufficient cooperation among allied actors,inconsistent multi-party coordination mechanism and indistinctive characteristic development.Hence,in the future,vocational education alliances in China should follow the overall arrangements of local governments and seek for their support,further strengthen the frequency and depth of cooperation among alliance actors,innovate an all-round effective coordinated mechanism for the alliances and match the features and needs of local industrial development in all aspects,so as to form a resultant force for rapid and orderly development of vocational education alliances.
