摘要 采用低共熔溶剂为浸出剂,进行了含锌尘泥超声浸锌试验。分析了超声功率、温度、液固比、搅拌速率、反应时间等对锌浸出率的影响。结果表明:在超声功率90 W、温度40℃、液固比7 mL g、转速250 r min、浸出时间80 min条件下,锌超声浸出率可达98.48%。超声强化浸出过程受混合固体产物层的控制,表观活化能为11.23 kJ mol。 A deep eutectic solvent was used as the leaching agent in a pilot study on the ultrasonic leaching of zinc from zinc-containing dust sludge.The impact of ultrasonic power,reaction time,liquid-solid ratio,temperature,and stirring rate was examined on the zinc leaching rate.The results show that under the conditions of temperature of 40°C,ultrasonic power of 90 W,liquid-solid ratio of 1∶7,rotating speed of 250 r min,and leaching time of 80 min,the ultrasonic leaching rate of zinc could reach 98.5%.Based on the leaching results,the kinetic equation of ultrasound-enhanced leaching was developed.In the kinetic analysis of ultrasonically enhanced leaching of Zn-containing dust sludge,the apparent activation energy of the reaction is 11.23 kJ mol,indicating that the mixed solid product layer controls the ultrasonically enhanced leaching process.
