“食品营养学”课程思政的探索与实践--以“维生素”单元为例 被引量:3

摘要 工科专业课程的思想政治教育是课程教学的重难点之一,以食品科学与工程专业核心课程“食品营养学”的改革与实践为基础,结合专业教学的课程思政的目标与实施方案,以维生素单元实际教学过程为例,介绍“食品营养学”课程思政模式构建与教学实践过程。通过对2021年秋季学期末“食品营养学”课程113名学生的专业知识与课程思政案例融合教学效果综合分析,“食品营养学”课程实现了将课程思政与育人目标的衔接和融合,有效发挥了专业课堂立德树人的主渠道功能,构建了思想政治理论、综合素养、专业教育于一体的“食品营养学”课程教学模式。 Promoting ideological and political education in engineering courses is one of the important and difficult task in instructional teaching practice.Based on the teaching reform and practice of the core course Food Nutrition in the speciality Food Science and Engineering as well as combined with the curriculum ideological and political objectives and implementation plan of professional teaching,in this article we introduce the construction and practice of curriculum ideological and political educational model,with the use of the chapter“Vitamin”as an example.Through a comprehensive analysis of the teaching effect of the integration of 113 students’professional knowledge with ideological and political cases at the end of the fall semester of 2021,it is proved that the course has realized the connection and integration of ideological and political objectives of the course with educational goals,has effectively played the main channel function of cultivating virtues and morality of students in the professional classroom,and has constructed a teaching model of Food Nutrition,which has integrated ideological and political theory,comprehensive quality and professional education.
