摘要 安全检查是高校实验室安全管理的重要手段。为保障实验室安全,提高安全管理效率,结合学校实际情况,设计了PC端和移动App端实时同步的实验室安全检查系统。系统以教育部发布的检查项目表作为检查项目与检查要点,按照“安全检查→发现隐患→记录隐患→限期整改→复查安全隐患整改→安全隐患‘回头看’”的全过程安全管理模式,建立以学校为一级管理、学院为二级管理、实验室为三级管理的三联动模式,并通过信息化的管理手段,逐级落实安全责任体系,提高了实验室安全检查效率,实现了安全检查闭环管理,完善了实验室安全管理制度。 Safety inspection is an important means of university laboratory safety management.In order to ensure the safety of the laboratory and improve the efficiency of safety management,combined with the actual situation of the university,we designed a laboratory safety inspection system of real-time synchronization between the PC terminal and the mobile App terminal.In this system we took the inspection item lists released by the Ministry of Education as the inspection items and key points.Also,according to the whole process safety management model,namely“inspecting safety→finding hidden dangers→recording hidden dangers→rectifying within a time limit→reviewing safety hidden dangers rectification→looking back”at safety dangers,we established a three-linkage management model of the university as the first level,the school as the second level and laboratory as the third level.Moreover,through the information management means,we implemented a safety responsibility system step by step.It is proved that our designed system improved the efficiency of laboratory safety inspection,realized the closed-loop management of safety inspection,and improved the laboratory safety management system.
