摘要
2019年春、夏在河南省18个市调查养殖池塘浮游藻类多样性时,共采集349个养殖池塘水样,发现1种养殖池塘新纪录种。通过光学显微镜(LM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的观察,将其确定为小塘生藻(Eolimna subminuscula)。其形态特征为:壳面呈椭圆披针形,壳缝为线形,片状色素体位于两极,横向点纹呈辐射状分布。小塘生藻采样地具有透明度低、高氮高磷的特点,与其他小塘生藻采集地相似。
In the survey of the phytoplankton diversity in 349 aquaculture ponds in 18 cities of Henan province,we found a new recorded species in Bacillariophyta.Light microscopy(LM)and further scanning electron microscopy(SEM)revealed that it was identified as Eolimna subminuscula which is characterized by elliptical lanceolate valve,linear raphe,and flaky pigments located at the poles of cell,and radially horizontal dot pattern.The Eolimna subminuscula was sampled in low transparency water with high nitrogen and phosphorus concentration,indicating that the habitat is similar to Eolimna subminuscula in other literatures.
