高校美育教材建设:政策导向、现实诉求与创新思路

Construction of Aesthetic Education Textbooks in Colleges and Universities:Policy Orientation,Practical Appeals and Innovative Ideas

近几年,随着国家层面《关于全面加强和改进学校美育工作的意见》的颁布和教育部《关于切实加强新时代高等学校美育工作的意见》《高等学校公共艺术课程指导纲要》这两个高校美育专项文件的相继印发,高校美育迎来了改革发展的春天。然而,作为新时代高校美育改革发展重要抓手的高校美育教材建设,正面临着诸多现实诉求,比如学分有限,需求多样,学生如何选择课程与教材;师资有限,专业细分,教师如何开课与编写教材;强化实践,学科融合,教材如何体现这一全新理念等。为此,新时代高校美育教材建设要想取得新突破,就需要从宏观层面深刻领会国家有关政策精神,切实提高对教材建设重要性的认识,在此基础上大胆创新教材编写理念与思路,进而构建出适应新时代高校美育改革发展需要的教材新样态。

In recent years,with the promulgation of“Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education”at the national level,and the two special documents of“Opinions on Effectively Strengthening Aesthetic Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era”and“Guidelines for Public Art Curriculum in Colleges and Universities”issued by the Ministry of Education,aesthetic education in colleges and universities has ushered in the spring of reform and development.However,as an important starting point for the reform and development,the construction of aesthetic education textbooks in colleges and universities is facing many practical appeals,such as limited credits,diverse demands,how students can choose courses and textbooks;shortage of teachers,specialization of university majors,and how teachers offer courses and compiling teaching materials;strengthening practice,integrating disciplines,and how to reflect this new concept in teaching materials,etc.Therefore,in order to make new breakthroughs in the construction of aesthetic education textbooks,it is necessary to deeply understand the spirit of relevant national policies from a macro level,effectively improve the understanding of the importance of textbook construction,and boldly innovate the concepts and ideas of textbook compilation on this basis,so as to construct a new pattern of textbooks that meets the needs of the reform and development of aesthetic education in colleges and universities in the new era.
