In the implementation of“Double Reduction”policy,there exists a merit-oriented“white noise”,which hinders the implementation of the policy by means of infiltration of ideas.The public’s misconceptions about reducing academic burden and increa-sing efficiency are the background for the emergence of merit-oriented“white noise,”and the dissimilation of educational indicators is the cause.The“white noise”in current educational practice has a symbolic direction of educational achievements,expanding its reach through the frequent presentation of the utilitarian educational landscape cluster in educational practice,making educational practice a competition for educational merit.It is necessary to eliminate the merit-oriented“white noise”in the field of education by telling the story of education with a“nurturing”orientation;to break through it by using real“singularity”as a starting point,to urge the public to reflect on the rationality of it by using the succession of landscapes;to accelerate the replacement of it with a series of“events”that have a nurturing philosophy,thereby bringing the nurturing philosophy into educational practice.
