摘要 “双减”政策的实施中存在一种功绩性“白噪音”,它以观念渗透的方式阻碍着政策落地,大众对减负增效的理解偏差是功绩性“白噪音”产生的背景,教育指标的异化是功绩性“白噪音”产生的原因。当下教育实践中的“白噪音”具有一种教育的功绩符号性指向,它通过在教育实践中频繁呈现功利性教育景观集群完成其扩张,使教育实践成为教育功绩的竞技场。应通过讲好“育人”导向的教育“故事”,破除教育领域的功绩性“白噪音”:以真实“奇点”作为打破功绩性“白噪音”的开端;以景观的更迭促使大众反思功绩性“白噪音”的合理性,以系列“事件”加速具有育人理念的“白噪音”对功绩性“白噪音”的替代,使育人理念走向教育实践。 In the implementation of“Double Reduction”policy,there exists a merit-oriented“white noise”,which hinders the implementation of the policy by means of infiltration of ideas.The public’s misconceptions about reducing academic burden and increa-sing efficiency are the background for the emergence of merit-oriented“white noise,”and the dissimilation of educational indicators is the cause.The“white noise”in current educational practice has a symbolic direction of educational achievements,expanding its reach through the frequent presentation of the utilitarian educational landscape cluster in educational practice,making educational practice a competition for educational merit.It is necessary to eliminate the merit-oriented“white noise”in the field of education by telling the story of education with a“nurturing”orientation;to break through it by using real“singularity”as a starting point,to urge the public to reflect on the rationality of it by using the succession of landscapes;to accelerate the replacement of it with a series of“events”that have a nurturing philosophy,thereby bringing the nurturing philosophy into educational practice.
