摘要
在义务教育均衡发展过程中,大学教育学者通过具身参与偏远薄弱学校改进已经成为一种不可忽视且极具潜力的教育帮扶力量。基于组织赋能理论,采取最佳实践法剖析武汉市五个大学教育学者团队参与市义务教育优质均衡项目案例,发现学者参与在思维训练、协作探究、信念驱动、组织变革、制度建设、优势挖掘、文化凝练和资源链接八个方面有着特殊贡献,而以反映性实践激活学校主体性能量、以系统思维推动学校整体变革和以行动研究支撑学校合理改进构成学者成功行动的深层逻辑。大学教育学者在义务教育优质均衡发展中若要发挥更大的作用,应进一步发挥专业引领作用,建构学校整体变革框架,并建立多方联动的机制助力教育持续变革。
In the process of promoting balanced development of compulsory education,the participation of university education scholars in improving remote and low-performing schools has become an important and potential force in educational assistance.Based on the theory of“organizational empowerment”,this study adopts the the best practices approach to analyze the participation of five teams of university education scholars in Wuhan’s quality and balanced development of compulsory education projects.The results show that scholars make special contributions in eight aspects:thinking training,collaborative investigation,belief-driven,organizational reformation,institutional empowerment,advantage excavation,cultural condensation,and resource linkage.The in-depth logic of scholars’successful actions is to activate the subjective of the schools by reflective practice,promote the overall reform of the schools by systema-tic thinking,and support the reasonable improvement of the schools by action research.To play a greater role in the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,university education scholars should further play a leading role in their profession,construct a framework for the overall reform of the schools,and establish a multi-party linkage mechanism to support continuous educational reform.
