云环境下的制造资源服务共享决策演化研究

摘要 为解决制造业面临的资源服务分布不均匀问题,缓解资源闲置与资源短缺间的矛盾,本文建立了云环境下的制造资源服务共享模型。该模型引入演化博弈理论,揭示了制造资源服务提供方(SP)与需求方(SD)间的共享决策动态演化过程,由模型得出系统复制动态方程,求解演化均衡点并进行稳定性分析。模型的正确性通过数值仿真验证,并对比分析不同因素对系统演化结果的影响。结果表明:初始共享概率、超额增量分配系数及云平台管理系数作为演化模型的主要设计参数,对SP与SD双方演化趋势及结果影响效果明显,其变化规律是云平台建立信息互通和资源共享理论模型的重要依据。 A sharing model of manufacturing resource service is established to solve the unbalance of manufacturing resource and service in cloud environment,which aims to reduce the probability of idle resources and resources shortage.The model introduced the evolutionary game theory to reveal the dynamic evolution process of sharing decision between SP and SD.Meanwhile,the system replication dynamic equation was obtained from the model,which could solve the evolutionary equilibrium point and analyze the stability.Numerical simulation verified the correctness of the proposed model and the effects of different factors on the evolution results of the system were compared.The result demonstrates that there are a series of factors which can exert obvious effects on the evolution trend and results of SP and SD.These factors include initial sharing probability,the allocation coefficient of excess increment and the cloud platform management coefficient,which are the main design parameters of the evolution model,and their change rule is an important basis for the establishment of the theoretical model of information exchange and resource sharing on the cloud platform.
