阀芯配合间隙对液压泵变量特性影响研究

摘要 以大排量液控式轴向柱塞泵变量为研究对象,分析了柱塞泵变量机构工作原理和阀芯配合间隙对变量机构的关系,采用AMESIM模型分析了机液伺服阀配合间隙对变量机构动态特性的影响,试验测试了不同机液伺服阀配合间隙时,液压泵变量机构响应时间,并优化了机液伺服阀双侧配合间隙值。该研究对大流量液压元件配合间隙的设计具有显著的指导意义,指导间隙的给定平衡了产品性能和零件加工的成本重要性。 This paper takes the variable of large displacement hydraulic control axial piston pump as the research object.The working principle of variable mechanism of piston pump and the relationship between valve core clearance and variable mechanism are analyzed.The influence of mechanical hydraulic servo valve clearance on dynamic characteristics of variable mechanism is analyzed by the AMESim model.The response time of variable mechanism of hydraulic pump under different mechanical hydraulic servo valve clearance is tested,and the clearance between the two sides of the servo valve is optimized.The research in this paper has significant guiding significance for the design of the matching clearance of large-flow hydraulic components.The given guidance clearance balances the importance of product performance and the cost of parts processing.
