公正司法是习近平法治思想的重要内容。以人民为中心,坚持党的领导,坚定政法队伍的理想信念是公正司法的重要思想内涵。公正司法的提出丰富了依法治国的理论体系。同时,公正是司法活动的价值特质和内在追求,公正司法对社会公平正义具有重要的引领作用。机关的权责范围不明确,司法资源的配置不均衡是推进司法公正的主要障碍。为扭转这一困局,应当大力推进司法改革。在具体措施上,应当贯彻审判责任制度,优化现有诉讼格局,健全司法配套机制,强化落实司法监督。

Putting the people at the center,adhering to the leadership of the Party,and firmly adhering to the ideals and beliefs of the political and legal team are crucial ideological connotations of fair justice.The proposal of the theory of fair justice has enriched the theoretical system of governing the country by law.Moreover,fairness is a value trait and internal pursuit of judicial activities,and fair justice plays an important leading role in social fairness and justice.The unclear scope of powers and responsibilities of organs and the uneven allocation of judicial resources are the main obstacles to promoting judicial fairness.To address this dilemma,judicial reforms must be vigorously promoted.Specifically,it is important to implement the judicial responsibility system,optimize the existing litigation pattern,enhance the judicial supporting mechanism,and strengthen the implementation of judicial supervision.
