广西热作社会化服务体系发展的调研与思考

Research and Thinking on the Development of Socialized Service System for Tropical Crops in Guangxi

农业社会化服务体系的建立与完善,有利于克服生产主体规模狭小和环节单一的弊端,推进小农户与现代农业有机衔接,实现专业化分工和集约化服务的规模效益,是发展农业现代化的有力支撑。广西是我国热作生产大省(区),随着产业的发展,热作社会化服务体系建设已初具规模,但同时也存在着产业领域和技术环节覆盖不足、后续责任脱钩、全程服务不足、队伍年龄老化等问题。对广西热作的主要产地、主要产业进行调研后,针对存在的问题提出强化业务对接、加强在地化技术研究、加强前瞻作业、拓展下游服务、增强机械化智能化操作的建议,对提高热作社会化生产水平,实现产业提质增效,促进农民增收和乡村振兴具有一定意义。

The establishment and improvement of the agricultural socialized service system are conducive to overcoming the drawbacks of small scale and single link of the main production subject,promoting the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,realizing the scale efficiency of specialized division of labor and intensive services,and are strong supports for the development of agricultural modernization.Guangxi is a major tropical crops planning province in China,and with the development of the industry,the construction of the socialized service system of tropical crops has begun to take shape.But at the same time,there are also problems such as insufficient coverage of industrial fields and technical links,decoupling of subsequent responsibilities,insufficient full service and aging of the team.After investigating the main producing areas and major industries of Guangxi's tropical crops,suggestions were put forward to solve the problems,such as strengthening the business integration,strengthening the research on local chemical technology,strengthening forward-looking operations,expanding the downstream service,enhancing machine intelligence efficiency,which were of great significance in improving the level of socialization of tropical crops production,achieving industrial quality and efficiency improvement,and promoting farmers'income and rural revitalization.
