摘要
对我国抽油杆的应用及研发情况进行了综述,介绍了我国抽油杆的应用情况及耐腐蚀抽油杆的发展情况,重点对新型不锈钢覆层抽油杆进行了详细介绍,并通过力学性能测试、金相检测、盐雾腐蚀试验等对不锈钢覆层抽油杆进行了检测分析,发现不锈钢覆层抽油杆热处理后可获得优良的力学性能及疲劳性能,且其耐腐蚀性能是普通35CrMoA抽油杆的9.5倍,比普通合金抽油杆具有更好的综合性能。
A large number of sucker rods have been fractured due to corrosion and fatigue,resulting in oil well lying down,which has brought huge losses to oilfield exploitation.By improving the corrosion resistance of sucker rods,their service life can be greatly improved,and oilfield exploitation efficiency can be improved too.This paper summarizes the applications and research and development situations of sucker rods in China,introduces the application and development of corrosion-resistant sucker rods in China.The new type stainless steel clad sucker rod is introduced in detail,through mechanical property testing,metallographic testing and salt spray testing the stainless steel clad sucker rod is tested and analyzed.And it is concluded that the stainless steel clad sucker rod can obtain excellent mechanical properties and fatigue properties after heat treatment,its corrosion resistance is 9.5 times as good as ordinary 35CrMoA sucker rod,and its comprehensive properties is much better than the ordinary alloy sucker rod.
