锤头镶铸冷态TM52合金的技术设计与研究

摘要 介绍了冷态钢结硬质合金与高锰钢基体镶铸组合成破碎机锤头的技术原理。通过解剖镶铸界面,并对界面进行金相组织检测和能谱成分分析,证明冷态镶铸能有效地保护镶铸块的组织结构和机械物理性能。镶铸块仍为烧结态组织(TiC+马氏体和残余奥氏体),硬度仍为HRC62~63,这说明镶铸工艺设计合理,界面组织致密,结合良好。能谱扫描曲线分析表明,界面层虽薄,但结合强度很高。钢基体能有效地保护镶铸块不脱落,镶铸块又有效地保护了钢基体的耐磨性,达到了提高破碎机锤头使用寿命的目的。 This article introduces the technical principles behind the combination of cold steel bonded carbide and high manganese steel base to form crusher hammer.By dissecting the casting interface and conducting metallographic structure detection and energy spectrum component analysis on the interface,it has been proven that the cold cost-in technique effectively protects the structural and mechanical properties of the block.Specifically the cast block retains a sintered structure(TiC+martensite and residual austenite),with a hardness of HRC62~63.This indicates that the casting process design is reasonable,with a compact and well-combined interfacial structure.Energy spectrum scanning analysis shows that the interface layer is very thin.But the bonding strength is very high,and the steel base effectively prevents the insert block from falling off,while the insert block enhances the wear resistance of the steel base,achieving the goal of improving the service life of crusher hammers.
