摘要
螺栓连接具有承载能力强、可靠性高等优点,成为复合材料结构常用的连接形式之一。对碳纤维复合材料螺栓连接结构的疲劳问题研究进展进行综述。阐述了复合材料机械连接结构的几种基本类型,总结了螺栓连接在疲劳载荷下的失效过程和破坏形式,从复合材料性能、紧固件性能、侧向约束、几何效应、疲劳载荷和环境因素等方面重点论述了碳纤维复合材料螺栓连接结构的疲劳性能影响因素的研究进展,最后对未来复合材料螺栓连接结构的疲劳性能研究方向进行了总结和展望,以期对未来连接结构的研究和应用提供建议与参考。
Composites joints have the advantages of strong bearing capacity and high reliability,and have become one of the commonly used connection forms of composite structures.The article begins with a review of several basic types of composite joints.This is followed by a summary of the failure process and failure forms of joint under fatigue load.The remaining sections are devoted to the influence of composite material,fasteners material and lateral restraints along with geometric effects as well as fatigue load and the effects of environment on joint strength and failure.Finally,the research direction of fatigue properties of composite joint in the future is summarized and prospected in order to provide suggestions and references for the future research and application of composite joints.
