民营加油站的智慧转型路径及建议

Digital Transformation Path and Suggestions for Private Gas Stations

在互联网数字技术席卷全球的时代背景下,石油企业传统经营模式的弊端日渐暴露,而民营加油站在国营及外资加油站的双重夹击下,经营模式急需转型。文章首先分析了民营加油站的现状和存在的问题,其次结合国内外加油站的智慧转型经验,为民营加油站的智慧化转型指明发展方向,最后找到适合其转型的主要路径,并提出建议。

In the context of Internet and digital technology sweeping the world,the disadvantages of the traditional business model of oil enterprises are increasingly exposed,while the private gas stations are under the dual attack of state-owned and foreign gas stations,the business model is in urgent need of transformation.This paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of private gas stations,then points out the development direction of the smart transformation of private gas stations based on the experience of smart transformation of domestic and foreign gas stations,and finally finds the main path suitable for its transformation,and puts forward some suggestions.
