高校实验室安全全过程管理的思考

Thinking on the Whole Process Management of College Laboratory Safety

通过分析近些年高校实验室安全事故原因发现,在实验室管理的各个环节都可能引发事故,其中人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态是主要原因。实验室安全必须建立全局观念,系统思维,采用全过程管理、全要素控制,及时发现并消除安全隐患,最大限度降低安全事故发生率,提升安全防控水平和管理效率,确保实验室安全运行。

By analyzing the causes of laboratory safety accidents in colleges and universities in recent years,it is found that accidents may be caused in all links of laboratory management,in which the unsafe behavior of people and the unsafe state of things are the main reasons.Laboratory safety must establish the overall concept,systematic thinking,adopt the whole process management mode and strictly supervise the key elements,so as to find and eliminate potential safety hazards in time and minimize the incidence of safety accidents,and improve the efficiency of prevention,control and management of the laboratory,and ensure the safe operation of the laboratory.
