摘要
文章以某航天发射任务中采用的高压管束式气瓶车为对象,研究了露点测试的偏差影响因素。针对高压管束式气瓶车中气体露点测试结果不合格的原因进行分析,给出了快速判定气瓶车露点不合格的检测方法;针对原因给出了解决对策,提出了该类型高压管束式气瓶车露点检测的注意事项,为后续航天发射用气提供支撑。
This paper studies the factors influencing the deviation of dew point testing,analyzes the reasons for the unqualified results of gas dew point testing in the high-pressure tube bundle cylinder car,and gives a quick detection method to determine the unqualified dew point of the cylinder car.The matters needing attention for dew point detection of this type of high-pressure tube bundle gas cylinder truck are put forward to provide support for the subsequent space launch.
