聚丙烯装置产品细粉问题原因分析及解决措施

摘要 针对聚丙烯车间出现的细粉问题,总结了细粉问题对装置运行的影响,主要包括堵塞设备、影响回收系统运行、影响产品质量、危害人员健康及生产安全。分析了形成细粉问题的原因,包括主催化剂机械强度不足、丙烯中杂质含量较多、聚合反应转化率低等。提出了细粉问题的解决措施,包括保护主催化剂的颗粒,减少原料丙烯中的杂质,提高聚合反应转化率等,同时针对细粉问题对装置运行的影响,提出了技改方案。 In view of the fine powder problem in the polypropylene workshop,the influence of the fine powder problem on the operation of the plant is summarized,mainly including blocking the equipment,affecting the operation of the recovery system,affecting the product quality,endangering the health of personnel and production safety.The reasons for the formation of fine powder were analyzed,including the insufficient mechanical strength of the main catalyst,the high content ofimpurities in propylene,and the low conversion of polymerization reaction.The measures to solve the problem of fine powder are proposed,including protecting the particles of main catalyst,reducing impurities in raw propylene,improving the conversion of polymerization reaction,etc.At the same time,the technical transformation scheme is proposed for the impact of fine powder on the operation of the unit.
