平衡管线在精馏塔中的应用

摘要 再沸器在精馏塔的分离中有着举足轻重的作用,是塔内热量来源。若在精馏塔正常运行时热源突然中断或其他情况紧急停车,破坏塔内汽液相平衡,塔板上积聚液体会急剧下落,造成塔釜温度快速降低。但受限于热源供应或其他因素,塔釜组分分离不完全,塔釜的轻组分含量增加,此时若进入下游会造成产品质量问题,尤其是下游带有强制循环的动力设备时,还可能会造成设备损坏。在该种情况下,如何快速提升塔釜温度、降低轻组分含量,快速恢复生产是必须要着重考虑的问题。在精馏塔塔釜增加挡板,区分再沸器侧和液位计侧,同时用平衡管线连接再沸器侧及液位计侧,可以在平衡管线关闭的情况下起到良好的分离效果。在问题处理后需要快速进行系统恢复的情况下,可以打开平衡管线,使液位计侧液体进入再沸器,快速分离轻组分,提升塔釜温度,为快速恢复生产创造条件,减少生产成本浪费。 The reboiler has a pivotal role in the separation of the distillation column,which is the source of heat in the column.If the normal operation of the distillation column due to a sudden interruption of the heat source or other circumstances emergency stop,the destruction of the column vapor-liquid phase balance,the column plate will accumulate liquid will fall sharply,resulting in a rapid reduction in the temperature of the column bottom,but limited by the heat supply or other factors,the separation of the column bottom components are not complete,the column bottom light component content increases,at this time,if the downstream will cause product quality problems,especially when the downstream with forced circulation of dynamic equipment,but also this may cause damage to the equipment.In this case,how to quickly raise the temperature of the column bottom,reduce the content of light components,and quickly resume production is a problem that must be considered.Adding a baffle plate to the distillation column bottom to distinguish the reboiler side from the level meter side,and using an equilibrium pipeline to connect the reboiler side and the level meter side,can provide a good separation effect when the equilibrium pipeline is closed.When the system needs to be restored quickly after the problem is solved,the equilibrium pipeline can be opened so that the liquid on the level meter side can enter the reboiler to separate the light components quickly and raise the temperature of the column bottom to create conditions for quick restoration of production and reduce production cost and waste.
