高活性高选择性苯部分加氢制环己烯催化剂的探究

摘要 文章针对Ru-Zn-B/ZrO_(2)催化剂的活性以及选择性进行实验探究,模拟工业使用条件,从反应时间、反应温度、分散剂及其投放方式、浆液硫酸锌浓度四方面入手,结合对苯转化率为40%时的催化剂活性指数以及环己烯选择性的测量与计算,探究该催化剂的性能。实验结果表明,Ru-Zn-B/ZrO_(2)催化剂实际所拥有的活性与选择性较为理想,均高于进口催化剂,有着较高的工业应用价值与前景。 In this paper,the activity and selectivity of Ru-Zn-B/ZrO_(2)catalyst were investigated experimentally,and the industrial conditions were simulated.The performance of the catalyst was investigated from four aspects:reaction time,reaction temperature,dispersant and its dosing mode,and zinc sulfate concentration in slurry,combined with the measurement and calculation of total activity and cyclohexene selectivity of the catalyst when the conversion rate of p-benzene was 40%.The experimental results show that the actual activity and selectivity of Ru-Zn-B/ZrO_(2)catalyst are ideal,which are higher than those ofimported catalysts,and have high industrial application value and prospect.
