摘要
开发出一种新的制备磷酸铁的工艺,重点研究了溶铁段及氧化合成段的工艺参数。优化的工艺参数为:溶铁段:1份铁粉加入2份磷酸配成的15%溶液中,反应温度60℃;氧化合成段:在反应温度为60℃下将1份10%双氧水溶液滴加到3.5份亚铁溶液中,滴加时间60 min,将氧化完成液陈化后过滤得到二水合磷酸铁,水洗至电导率恒定后转入马弗炉中,500℃烧结4 h,得磷酸铁成品。成品磷酸铁各项检测指标都合格,电化学性能良好,可作为制备磷酸铁锂电池的前驱体。
A new process for preparing iron phosphate has been developed,with a focus on studying the process parameters of the iron dissolution stage and the oxidation synthesis stage.The iron dissolution stage:add 1 part ofiron powder to a 15%solution of 2 parts of phosphoric acid at a reaction temperature of 60℃.The oxidation synthesis stage:add 1 part of 10%hydrogen peroxide solution dropwise to 3.5 parts of ferrous solution at a reaction temperature of 60℃for 60 minutes.After aging,filter the oxidized solution to obtain iron phosphate dihydrate.Wash with water until the conductivity remains constant and transfer to a muffle furnace.Sinter at 500℃for 4 hours to obtain the finished iron phosphate product.The finished product ofiron phosphate is qualified in all detection indexes and has good electrochemical performance,which can be used as a precursor for preparing lithium iron phosphate battery.
