21世纪以来国外工作福利研究的进展与启示——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

The Dynamics and Trends of the Research on Workfare:Bibliometric Analysis Based on SSCI(2001-2021)

工作福利是减少福利依赖、激活救助对象的主要公共政策。以2001—2021年在Web of Science数据库核心合集收录的487篇工作福利主题的文献为研究对象,采用文献计量分析法,梳理工作福利主题的文献研究动态和热点演进过程,并结合关键节点文献分析该领域的前沿和重点。研究发现,工作福利前沿聚焦在劳动力市场视角、社会政策视角、分群分类视角三方面。未来,国内工作福利研究的主题将集中在对于城乡领域工作福利实践模式、工作福利的激活和减贫机制进行实证研究,构建中国特色的“激活”分析框架,以及丰富中国情境下的工作福利理论体系。

Work welfare is the main public policy to reduce welfare dependence and activate assistance objects.Taking 487 SSCI literatures on the theme of workfare published in the Web of Science database from 2001 to 2021 as research samples,this study first sort out the literature research trends and hotspots on the theme of work welfare by adopting the bibliometric analysis method with CiteSpace,and then analyze the frontier and focus of this field combined with the literature of key nodes.The study found that the research objects in this field are mainly liberal and social-democratic welfare systems,and the frontier focuses on three aspects:work welfare and labor market policies,family policies,and clustered employment activation policies.The development direction of domestic future research is to conduct empirical research on work welfare practice models,activation and poverty reduction mechanisms in urban and rural areas,build the“activation”analytical framework with Chinese characteristics,and enrich the theoretical system of work welfare in the Chinese context.
