屈原在其作品中,反复强调守“规矩”、明“法度”、循“绳墨”的法治观念;在其政治活动中,亲身经历了拟“宪令”、出“号令”、议“国事”的法治建设过程。屈原作品及其政治活动,在立法、执法、司法、守法方面都有体现,蕴含着独特的法治思想,对我国当代法治建设具有历史意义。
