深化国有企业思想政治工作是一项艰巨而又重要的任务,它对企业发展有着不可忽视的作用。在这一背景下加强与提高国企思想政治建设水平成为了当前我国经济体制创新发展中必须要面对并解决好的重大问题之一,在新形势下,企业要创新发展,不仅要从技术、方法上入手,还要提升员工的品质能力,包括创新能力、职业道德、个人素养等多个方面。为此,企业要加强党建思想政治工作,尤其在建党百年的背景下,要积极开展廉政活动,加强内部反腐工作,通过党建思想政治工作提升员工的责任意识、政治敏锐度、政治执行力、职业素养,促进企业员工全面发展。国有企业应积极探索出一条适合于中国特色社会主义的政工工作路径。

Deepening ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises is a challenging and important task that plays an essential role in the development of these enterprises.Under this context,enhancing and improving the level of ideological and political construction in state-owned enterprises has become one of the major issues that China’s economic system must face and solve in its innovative development.In the current situation,enterprises must innovate and develop,not only by starting with technology and methods but also by enhancing the quality and abilities of their employees,including innovation ability,professional ethics,personal accomplishment,and other aspects.Therefore,enterprises need to strengthen their ideological and political work in Party building,especially in the context of the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.Enterprises should actively carry out anti-corruption activities,strengthen internal anti-corruption work,and use Party building ideological and political work to enhance employees’sense of responsibility,political sensitivity,political execution,professional accomplishment,and promote comprehensive development of enterprise employees.State-owned enterprises should actively explore a path of ideological and political work that suits the characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
