基于SFIC的我国体育产业区域协同发展现实困囿与推进路径

Based on SFIC,China's Sports Industry Regional Coordinated Development Reality Difficulties and Promotion Path

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法,厘清现阶段体育产业区域协同发展的现实样态与发展困境,并提出推进路径。我国现有5种主要区域协同模式:长三角一体化模式、京津冀协同发展模式、粤港澳大湾区模式、成渝双城经济圈模式。发展困囿:缺乏对地区资源禀赋的有机统筹、对市场引领作用的认知不足、少有植根市场主体的顶层设计、尚未形成厚植市场的协同平台和机制。推进路径:依托地区资源禀赋,助推资源经济双侧动态平衡;加强政府引导市场引领,增强示范区域辐射范围;持续深化简政放权,强化主体市场监管作用;搭建复合联动平台,打造高效协同机制。

Using the literature method,logical analysis and other methods,the actual situation and development dilemma of the regional coordinated development of the sports industry at this stage are clarified,and the promotion path is proposed.There are five main regional coordination models in China,the Yangtze River Delta integration model,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development model,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area model,and the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle model.Development difficulties:lack of organic coordination of regional resource endowments,insufficient understanding of the leading role of the market,few top-level designs rooted in market entities,and no collaborative platform and mechanism for cultivating the market.Promotion path:relying on regional resource endowments,promote the dynamic balance of resource economy;Strengthen government guidance and market leadership,and enhance the radiation scope of demonstration areas;Continue to deepen the simplification of administration and decentralization,and strengthen the role of entity market supervision;Build a composite linkage platform to create an efficient collaboration mechanism.
